In my experience, there is a small set of valleys and high mountains
slightly off to the right of the road when coming out of Surefall Glade, in
the Queynos hills. If you want to hunt wisps, you may find 1 every thirty
minutes or more around that area..... That is the most abundant spawn I
know of... Although a ways away from your location... Just trying to
help.
