If you are going to do it solo:
44 with nice
gear (i.e. wu, kd, fbss)
45 with ok gear (i.e one or two of above items ;)
)
46-47 with fists.
That's a rough guideline, it might vary based on
your ability to break a room :)
As for his spawn time... long. Long
long. Expect at *least* a 50-60 hour camp, over 100 hours if you're not
very lucky. Any sooner than 40 hours and you've used up your luck for
weeks ;)

How long a camp is he? I'd hate to bring buddies to
farm barely blue mobs
for days on end, waiting for a rare to
spawn.
