suposedly, one of the lead programmers (name was in teal on the whineplay<br/>
forum) said that they have a slower h2h delay, and their build in haste<br/>
doesnt cap as high.<br/>

but, they certainly made ikie monks easier to play for the first 30 lvls<br/>
or so.  all in all, its a good thing.<br/>
