Best time to hunt wisps in my opinion is the night.  One thing you can<br/>
try is finding a twinked ranger who doesn&#39;t need money and have him<br/>
track them.  I am level 30 and whenever I am passing through the commons<br/>
I kill any wisps I see, 5pp for a minutes work is a good deal<br/>
