AGI does not help you avoid hits.

if by this you mean AGI increases your chance to dodge/block, you are
wrong. Abashi has posted on castersrealm that this is not so.

From what he posts, I read: AGI slighly increases AC, this increased
AC helps you get missed more, take less damage.

STA buffs do nothing for your in fight stamina. They tested this
with a shaman casting the level 44 sta buff and comparing it to
a buffless same person.

STR -- Increases ATK, increases damage
STA -- Adds hp
AGI -- Adds ac
